RECOGNITIONS AND REFLECTIONS

TMI as a volunteer organization is celebrating its 14th year. In its history, several individuals and small groups have exemplified the giving heart and generous spirit in sharing their resources, talents, and skills with others. THE Scholarship Program of TMI is in its seventh year of outreach to deserving highly motivated and academically capable students, has offered financial, guidance, and moral support to its recipients the past seven years. Our TMI scholars have distinguished themselves in their studies; received awards; filled leadership roles, be it in journalism, the arts, and schooLs organizations. In turn, the benefactors to this program have been consistent in their giving believing that supporting the education of the Youth is one positive pathway to strengthen the individual, the family, the community, the country as a whole.

TMI awarded specific individuals with certificates of recognition for their contribution to the Scholarship Program.

In turn, past and present Scholars shared their gratitude and the positive influences of the program in their lives and their families. Just as importantly, they valued the learnings and their participation in the outreach activities of Tambayayong Mainit Incorporated. “We did not just become members of an organization, we became part of the Tambayayong Family who cared for us in many ways’” said Nestle Paniamogan, the Master of Ceremony for the evening, and a TMI Scholar for four years. She now works for the Claver LGU. More tears of joy, camaraderie, and sentiments from the hearts were shared by Caress Mosca, Jelanie Sepe and Dawisan.
